I've argued the Katrina/BP comparison about 3 dozen times on the board, Yurtsie. If you want me to repeat it, here ya go: w/ Katrina, there were people stranded, under durress & in immediate danger, on TV 24x7. There was a BASIC need of rescue - the kind that calls for leadership. Beyond that, there was a means to rescue them.
Bush was invisible.
The comparison ends there for me. All of the criticisms of Obama are along the lines of criticizing Bush for not ensuring the levies were stronger, or not rebuilding them fast enough, or not clearing the streets of water - none of which I see as legit criticisms.
So, your attempt to find a point of comparison in your not-so-clever wordplay is a total failure.
Sorry 'bout that, Yurtsie! Want to push yourself & see if you can find something even more clever that you can repeat a bunch of times, claiming it's "substance"? Or, maybe....you should start another thread about me?
LOL LOL LOL
