You should never ever eat broccoli or kale, or any vegetables for that matter. Eat only bacon. Eat at least several pounds of it every day and never waste that delicious fat. Be sure to drink it all in it's wonderfully salty burnt flavor. If you must eat beef make sure the flesh is well marbled with the fat evenly distributed through it.Be sure to under-cook it and eat it as rare as possible. Never discard any of the fat as that is the part that tastes best. Thank you.
