Under Trump, gains against ISIS have ‘dramatically accelerated’

Thank you, but what did they do about ISIS? Your people, just like ours didn't want to become involved in Syria, it's why we initally didn't stop ISIS in Syria, and I am still glad we left Iraq, Britain even left before the US did. The Iraqis did not want us there and negotiated the withdraw with Bush, Obama honored the agreement.

Britain has mirrored our every move.
We were told by the US that the British troops weren't needed anymore and the US could handle everything on their own.

Yes, he was terrible, the British and American people were realizing the grave mistake of ever going to
war, and that Bush and Blair were to blame. They realized that there was no exit strategy and they wanted out, the Iraq people wanted us out.

The British and American people were war weary and did not want to get involved in Syria. I see it as our leaders listening to the concerns of the people. So, maybe the rise of ISIS is our fault as well.
No maybe about it, which is what I said consistently. Obama was far more concerned to fulfill an election promise than consider the awful potential vacuum left by pulling out the troops and what's more publishing the timetable for all to see. There were many at the time that said this was a crazy tactic to pursue and time has proved them right.

Bush created the vacuum in the Middle East.

Sorry 'bout that.

That may be true in you Liberal Hackery Universe but out here in the real world ISIS flourished under Obama---until, he finally decided to get serious about it. And now Trump is finishing the job Obama left him with.

As Trump promised.
