Unconstitutional

We won't stop pressing for a common sense approach to reducing the number of babies murdered via abortion

BTW is the 2nd Amendment settled law? Why don't you just accept that you lost?

So, at what point do you consider a fetus a baby? Is it a baby upon fertilization of an egg?

"The admitting-privileges provision of House Bill 2 does not bear a rational relationship to the legitimate right of the state in preserving and promoting fetal life or a woman's health and, in any event, places a substantial obstacle in the path of a woman seeking an abortion of a nonviable fetus and is thus an undue burden to her," Yeakel wrote.

Nobody is buying that it had anything to do with the health of the mother or fetus.

they were not yet babies they were flesh that was inside a womans body.

You can not make the argument they were babies.

they would not survive outside her womb.

that makes them part of HER flesh

you see that STILL depends on the choice of the woman.

she is not there to ask if she wished to carry to term right?

so its assumed she wished to carry to term if they charge it so.
