Chilling cop bodycam footage reveals moments before unarmed father-of-two was shot dead in a hotel by Arizona police officer while on an out-of-town business trip

Arizona police have released bodycam video of the night an unarmed father was shot dead by cops after begging for his life.
However, the shaky footage published publicly on Tuesday omits the crucial moment Daniel Shaver, 26, was gunned down by officer Philip Brailsford in Mesa on January 18. Shaver, a married father-of-two from Texas, was in the city for business relating to his work in pest control.
Police were called to his hotel after reports that someone was pointing a gun from a window on a high-up floor in La Quinta Inn & Suites on East Superstition Springs Boulevard. Though Shaver carries two pellet guns with him for work, he was unarmed at the time. All that can be seen or heard in the video is police ordering guests on the fifth floor to get out their rooms as they surrounded Room 502, Shaver's room.

Just over a week after Daniel Shaver’s parents filed a lawsuit against the Arizona police department that shot and killed their unarmed son, his widow also filed a lawsuit.

This one for $75 million in damages.

Laney Sweet filed her lawsuit Tuesday against the Mesa Police Department, including Philip “Mitch” Brailsford, the cop who killed her husband with an AR-15 with the words, “You’re Fucked” inscribed on it.

So you don't care how many drunk drivers kills innocent people as long as they don't have to go through DUI checkpoints?

I asked you a simple question related to that topic because you claimed I was misrepresenting what you said about it. The question was do you believe DUI checkpoints are OK for police to have in order to keep drunk drivers from killing innocent drivers. You've yet to answer to clear up whether or not I misrepresented what you said. Willing to do so now?

Then your claim that I misrepresented what you believe was a lie.

I represented it with 100% accuracy. You have more concern that a drunk driver have the ability to drive drunk and potentially kill an innocent person than you do for the innocent person being killed.

DUI checkpoints aren't going to stop all drunk drivers. That being the case, we can only hope someone like you, or your family members, is the next victim.

You said you opposed a program that has been successful in catching drunk driving criminals. Tells me you think more of drunk drivers than you do innocent drivers.
