Some have been chipping their dogs for years .. however, all chipping .. with the exception of the dogs .. has been voluntary.

Forced chipping of humans would be a stupid idea in my opinion.

But forced chipping of pets is not a bad idea. In areas where a liscence is required chip em. If they are found they can be returned to the owner and the owner fined for violating leash laws.

I'm not against voluntary chipping of dogs, especially expensive ones that are prone to be stolen. I understand why those who have puppies and those who have dogs that don't live in the house consider it

I am against forced chipping of dogs and forced chipping period.

ALL, as in EVERY nation, conducts monetary policy based on global exchange.

Is this news to you?

Monetary policy dictates that reserve currency is held with confidence in that currency.

Am I going to fast?

How do you propose that nations address monetary policy without bankers?

Who should determine best practices .. plumbers?

While you rail and flail away at bankers, my issue is policy.

My stand against the bailout wasn't a stand against bankers .. they have a function. My stand was against the bad policy of giving away taxpayer money to banks which should stand or fall on their own.
