Rockets armed with the banned chemical nerve agent sarin were used in a mass killing near Damascus on Aug. 21, United Nations chemical weapons inspectors reported on Monday in the first official confirmation by scientific experts that such munitions had been deployed in the Syria conflict.

Which proves my point that blame will be placed on Assad's regime.

And no matter whether they were tasked with placing blame they did anyway. At least in small part because they wouldn't get away with fabricating anything more.

But notice how Paneiro says war crimes and crimes against humanity while excluding the terrorists from the crimes against humanity.

It's pretty obvious that he's trying as hard as he can to get the message across so it will be favourable to the US. And he fails to do that by leaving us wondering just what he's trying to say. No matter, some US propagandist will pick up on it and spin it in a more conclusive way to serve US interests.

Which should leave everyone even more suspicious of the gassing being done by Al Qaida terrorists.

Carla Del Ponte has not reversed her opinion that the gas use was by the terrorists. And I strongly suspect that they won't be able to get her to do that.
