‘Wildly unfair’: UN boss says 10 nations used 75% of all vaccines
Guterres urges rich nations to lead global COVID inoculation effort as 130 countries have not yet received single dose.

The United Nations chief has sharply criticised the “wildly uneven and unfair” distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, pointing out that just 10 countries have administered 75 percent of all vaccinations.

Addressing a high-level meeting of the UN Security Council on Wednesday, Antonio Guterres said 130 countries have not received a single dose of vaccine. “At this critical moment, vaccine equity is the biggest moral test before the global community,” he said.

We are, collectively, the world's richest nations because we are, collectively, assholes.
We really need to do something about that.
 
Who gives a shit what the UN is whining about today? Hey, all you UN diplomats! Pay your fucking parking tickets! How about doing that?!
 
Things will not be much different under the Empire, China gets first, best friends next, other friends next, everyone else after that.
 
Israel has already vaccinated most of their population. Anyone who wants the vaccine in Israel can now get it, or has already.

Gaza hasn't been given enough for 1% of theirs.
 
Can't say you didn't see that coming, one achilles heel for any democracy is placing the welfare of others over the cost of your own, hopefully the volume of vaccines will increase dramatically over the next several months

Izrael has a small population and paid over the odds for vaccine early on- probably with Americans' tax money- thereby depriving others.
It has repeatedly ignored demands by the UN and many states to make vaccines available to its Palestinian prisoners which constitutes a war crime. Under growing pressure it allowed 1,000 doses into Gaza- an enclave with a population of over two million. There is video of one man handing over one cardboard box from the back of a van.
Israeli fascists are assholes. They should be hauled before the ICC, not praised for phony achievements.
 
Under the Empire there will be no doubt who comes first in everything, it will always be China....but till then them who make it come first......if the rest dont like it then they best get their asses in gear and make their own.

Borders are lines on maps. Viruses pay no attention to them. An outbreak in one place becomes one in all places. WHO has been charged with tracking down and stopping epidemics. Travel between nations is a fact. The Wuhan virus came here and became the Trump virus. We have fought many diseases that started far away. We have to vaccine the world to herd levels to stop some of them.
