And yes, he later retracted what he said.
But it smells a LOT like he got a call from some military/government agency to retract what he said...so he did.
I am not buying that he made a COMPLETE 180 on what he said in just a day.

Sure, you get people saying awful things about the enemy during wartime.
But castrating helpless, injured Russian soldiers while under your command...ALL of them?
That goes WAY beyond normal anger.
Whether his family was threatened or not.

Finally, not only was it a disgusting thing to say.
It was also COLLASSOLLY stupid.
Russian soldiers hear that and it is doubtful it will make them treat Ukrainian POW's too well.

According to Russian and Ukrainian officials, the Russians have captured (kidnapped) over 5,000 (Men, Women, & Children) Ukrainians and taken them back over the border into Russia.

Who knows if they are being tortured or killed! We'll probably never really know what happened to them
