Ukraine; Why do we believe that we're ' The Good Guys ' ?

Satire for Sanity
Generally speaking, we all grow up believing that our parents are The Good Guys . They are our protectors and so that's natural.
Then, as we mature we transfer that trust to our government , identify with it and so become ' The Good Guys ' ourselves.
The problem arises when our ' protectors ', our government, screws up. This is where ' patriotism ' kicks in. We feel that we owe our parents/government our ' loyalty ' and we turn a blind eye to their indiscretions/crimes.

Now, quite obviously to any free-thinking person, our government has a terrible record on the world stage. I don't have to list the wars, the death tolls, the destroyed states or our efforts to control the populations of the world for our ' interests ' , our ' profit ' and our ' democracy. The hard fact is that foreign countries see it too.

With that in mind- why do we think that we're ' The Good Guys ' in our obviously aggressive encroachments upon Russia's borders ?
The Russians, after all, are not aggressively knocking on OUR door.

Don't you find the inclusion of the world's most guilty Occupier , Israel, a tad hypocritical ?

Haw, haw, haw..............Haw...................haw.

This list, however, is meaningless in terms of the crux of the topic.
No doubt the degenerate Saudis consider themselves ' The Good Guys ' too, despite their atrocious war on Yemeni civilians- backed by the US.
Egypt is run by a US-installed tyrant , murders dissidents by the hundred and assists Israel in its illegal blockade of Palestine. ' Good Guys ' ?
Nobody agrees with occupation per se, except perhaps the US - it's illegal. Are these states condemning Russia or condemning occupation of somebody else's country ? Obviously, they're all going to vote against Occupation in case they get occupied themselves.

You really do not have the faculties to look at yourself, do you, bugler.
