I like how people try to turn me into some kind of Putin supporter just because I am generally anti war IF IT CAN possibly be avoided. SOME People are such assholes. The other one that was unreal to me was when I said that every war was a civil war and half the board went insane because they were too damn devoid of thought to catch my drift. OBVIOUSLY I wasnt talking about a traditional civil war like in the case of our own. What I was driving at was the fact that we are ALL Human beings and for the most part want the same things. We all love our families and friends, we all want a better future with some security and a chance to live a good life. By all of us being Human beings that means that YES,....EVERY WAR is a Civil war so to speak. But no,....assholes like to twist things people say just because it doesnt fit their agenda. Its actually disgusting. People are DYING,...kids losing their parents,...on and on and on and all some care about is pushing a stupid political agenda.
 
I was a big Reagan guy,....still am,...but the situation kinda reminds me of the old sting song...

 
Lastly,....just to be clear. I will also admit that some wars simply cannot be avoided. Just the sad truth of things. I do not believe in half stepping it though once the decision has been made. It has to be ALL IN or nothing. Get it over with and behind us.

Actually,....I bet it ends up exactly the way I said it ends up. More Territory for Russia. Most of it being filled with people who are Pro Russia in the first place and wanted to be folded back in. Seems like a whole lot of blood and treasure wasted only to end up in the exact place we all knew it would end up from the beginning. Nothing gained for Ukraine,....but a whole lot lost.

It wont end with a Ukrainian victory. In fact they will lose much land and a lot of Ukraine will be left in rubble. Therefor it is YOU who will be proven wrong. Time will prove this out.

You strutted around the board hollering that ALL of Ukraine would be overrun within days and that the Ukrainian armed forces were on the verge of annihilation.

Everybody has been surprised by Russia's reluctance to flatten Ukraine- to date. Few people have bothered to inquire as to why.

On numerous occasions I have confessed to being laughably wrong when I assumed the chances were slim Putin would actually order a full fledged invasion.

Your ego seems to be so fragile that you cannot stand to fess up being so catastrophically wrong about the strength and fortitude of Ukrainian armed forces and the trajectory of the war
