When he talks about dropping drug prices 400 or 500 percent, it is not just his stupidity on quite common concepts that is exposed. BDS and TDS are generally the other side pointing out what they see their opponent doing. Neither side wants to talk about anything good they may have done, and it all makes sense.
I just think that when Trump sticks to the 'prompter he sounds rushed, because he isn't going sideways with his normal stuff... They see this and think he's, like Biden was, on drugs to keep his brain functioning.

No light was needed to see that the vegetable was/is a vegetable.
His extemporaneous speech is entirely different than when he sticks to the prompter... It is often childish and not very Presidential either. Some folks like that. I would prefer a conservative over a populist, and one that runs his mouth filter a bit more strictly, but I do like his SCOTUS selections.
