How about a littel history lesson for all you ignorant liberal "this is nothing" frightened whiny bitches.

The first anti-Vietnam War protests were smaller than the tea parties event. They were not anywhere near as coordinated, just a couple hundred here, a few tens there. The protests, when not completely ignored, were mocked, ridiculed, and insulted by media pundits who had their collective heads up LBJs anal cavity. But they persisted, and grew despite the way they were treated, and the movement became large enough and vocal enough to change U.S. foreign policy.

That certain extremists took things too far and started blaming those of us who fought over there, with the resulting poor treatment (which continues to this day) when we got home is a sad side effect. But the fact remains that a movement started small and grew to change things.

And I still say the whiny liberal bitches are so vocal about denying the tea parties success because they are scared spitless. They just got in power by default of the republican party, and knowing their policies are NOT supported by the people, are frightened they will not be able to get all their shit passed before America wakes up and kicks them back out the door like they did with Carter (Who slid in because Nixon fucked the goose.)

This is a childish thing for her to say and more evidence that liberals are against the First Amendment unless it suits their own purpose. All they are doing is shooting themselves in the foot and a hoot to watch.

Which is absolutely correct in spite of the cowardly approach. The Emperor has no clothes. What I find laughable is the delusion that no one can see you.

Personally, I think those looking for solutions hundreds of years in the past have every right to "tea parties" and whatever means of peaceful demonstration they wish to pursue. The left is not saying you don't have the right to hold tea parties, but rather speak to the absurdity of it all.

Typically, a majority of Americans say their taxes are too high, and relatively few say their taxes are too low.

There is no "outrage" in America about taxes and an increasing number of Americans are growing up to recognize that we have a responsibility to pay for our future. That's the natural evolution of intelligent society.

Added to the silly notion behind these tea parties is the fact that they are supported by the very same people who supported the president, the administration, the Congress, and the ideology that brought this disaster to America. The same people who just got their asses stomped in the last election. The same people who don't have a representative in the entire northeast.

What tea parties are is the death throes of a failed and dying ideology.
