House INTEL Committee asked for an emergency meeting with the CIA and the CIA refused ( House has Oversight) saying it was too busy to meet? WTF?

WaPo published that story last week from an "un-named CIA source" that there was in fact Russian hacking,
and the Russian had "intent" to sway the election.

The reason given for intent?
because the "Russian hackers" (sic) only targeted the Dems ( which we don't know -all we know is Wiki only released Dem hacking info)..
Was WaPo given a red herring? did it make it up? ( fake news)

I am starting to think someone/thing in the CIA is determined to undermine Trump- or stir up anti-Russian hysteria to keep Trump from meeting with Putin to reduce tensions.

Agree. There is a rotten un-named source somewhere in the CIA.

I loved the remark in #7 on that "10 Ways..." list.......................

the fact Wiki only leaked Dem info doesn't mean only Dem info was hacked-and assange denies he is working for Russia ( as a non-government org. type relationship)
for the CIA not to meet with the INTEl committee! that's astounding...something is going on inside the agency

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) said several Intelligence Community agencies are refusing to provide the committee with a requested Thursday briefing on Russian interference with the U.S. election.

Nunes had asked the FBI, NSA, Office of the Director of National Intelligence and CIA to meet with committee members.

The briefing was not requested to be at the director level, meaning that National Intelligence Director James Clapper, CIA Director John Brennan and their counterparts were not expected to attend.

The ask came following a Monday letter from Nunes to Clapper demanding he resolve reported discrepancies between the FBI's and CIA's assessments of the Russian hacking.

Friday story in The Washington Post reported that the CIA believes hacks into the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations were an explicit attempt by the Russian government to help Donald Trump attain the White House — an assessment the FBI reportedly did not believe was supported by the evidence.

My article is from 3 hours ago. What would it take for you guys to accept that this could be serious? It really appears all of the doubters don't want to consider the possibility because it references trump. Everybody believed all the articles against Hillary that the hackers released, but as soon as trump is mentioned it all turns bogus.
 
There's nothing astounding about it at all. They can't meet with the committee because they're lying and can get in trouble for it. They actually face less heat for not showing up.

^ so who knows...everything is an "un-named source" ( WaPo/NBC)-The intel agencies ( according to the House Intel guy) refused a meeting.

all we really know for sure is the Clapper testimony back on Nov 17th where he said he can't say for sure....lol

Look at my post after that...we are all grossly speculating. I'm beginning to doubt everything -all the un-named sources..
nothing is hard news except the Nov.17th Clapper testimony
