All of the historical and ridiculous chicken shit littles who haven't the sense to understand what supply and demand means or other economic factors related to the supply of crude oil:

NEW YORK, March 13 (Reuters) - U.S. gasoline prices at the pump edged lower over the weekend after reaching all-time highs last week following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Retail gasoline prices fell for the second straight day on Sunday to $4.325 per gallon, below a record of $4.331 hit on Friday, according to American Automobile Association data. Russia's invasion of Ukraine in late February has roiled energy markets worldwide since, bringing more expensive fuel costs to motorists who have also been hit by higher inflation:

Record profits for oil companies. No different than the inflation overall. Price gouging.

I want to know why it's legal to raise the price of the gas in the station's tanks by $.40/day, and then lower it by $.01/week when prices come back down?

Any business should be able to charge whatever price they want for their goods or services. The market will sort out the gougers.

Haven't we been told that private companies can do whatever they want (like censoring the news and banning speech they don't like)?

How is this any Different?

Oh, I see.

Remember when mad Maxine Waters threatened to nationalize the oil companies back in 2008?

And mandate expensive (government-subsidized) EVs that the poor can't afford to buy and the power grid can't recharge.

While they continue to drive their huge SUV's, and jet around the country on their fossil fuel\ jets! Is the President using an electric car? I mean they have had a year to produce one for him!
