This will not end well for them but Taylor deserves justice.

I see it differently. This is the radical Left not liking the outcome of something so they shop courts and judges until they find one that will produce the outcome they demand. Justice won't be served, revenge will be.

you're a fucking piece of shit

Let me ask you:

Did the officers involved have a warrant?
Did the officers involved knock and announce who they were?
Did the officers involved get fired upon first?

The answer to those three questions say I am absolutely correct here.

You versus the United States. I'll stay with the United States.

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland on Thursday said that three of the officers, Kyle Meany, Joshua Jaynes and Kelly Goodlett were charged with knowingly using false information to obtain the search warrant that authorized the search of Taylor's home that led to the botched raid that killed her.

Would he have gotten involved if the warrant was served and nobody died, and she wasn't arrested as part of it and it got ZERO national exposure? I severely doubt it. This is about revenge, not justice. Why did the justice department wait so long--about 2 1/2 years, and a change of administration to bring this case now? Again, this is purely about politics, not justice.

My bet-- Joke administration: We're losing the Black vote! What can we do to get them to vote Democrat in November? I know! Let's charge some White cops for killing a Black person! And here we are now...

Dude, the cops got caught faking the evidence they used for the affadavit that obtained the warrant.

Good to see at least some justice might be served

You're an enemy of the 2nd amendment

How is that a federal matter?
They lied to federal agents, dumbass.
Agreed with the Aussie. The Louisville police lied to obtain a warrant then tried to cover up their lies.

"Former Louisville Metropolitan Police Department Detective Joshua Jaynes and current Sergeant Kyle Meany were charged with civil rights violations and obstruction of justice for using false information to obtain the search warrant that authorized the botched March 13, 2020, raid that killed Taylor in her home, the Justice Department said. Current Detective Kelly Goodlett was charged with conspiring with Jaynes to falsify the warrant and then cover up the falsification."
