Tyre Nichols case is

Yep.

And Chauvin was never convicted of a hate crime.

That was another leftwing media lie.

Much worse than the Derek Chauvin case ..... 10Xs worse!

I wonder if the so-called officers were white, would they have been fired and charged with second degree murder?!!

Congress needs to pass the George Floyd policing act, it takes away that qualified immunity for officers, making them accountable for their actions?!!

Who has absolute immunity?
Generally, only judges, prosecutors, legislators, and the highest executive officials of all governments are absolutely immune from liability when acting within their authority. Medical peer review participants may also receive absolute immunity. Ostrzenski v. Seigel, 177 F.

What did chauvin do wrong.? Police rules stated that when a suspect says “I can’t breathe” it means he is dying of a drug OD and will go berzerk when he truly cannot breathe. He must be put on the ground and a knee applied to his back to keep him there. Otherwise he may injure himself and bystanders.

Both legally and ethically, chauvin did the right thing, but none of that matters today.

I started a thread criticizing the chief. That was unfair. She did the right thing - she fired the fucks right away and they're all in jail awaiting trial. I can't help but think that had the officers been white, they'd probably have been put on administrative leave and the department would have slow-walked the investigation.

Just another tragic case proving how much police reform is required in America.

where in the ever loving fuck did you get the idea, or police rules, that states when a suspect says 'i can't breathe', that the optimum policy and action is to put another 200 lbs on his back to help him breathe?

do the world a fucking favor, you nutless excuse for a human being, stop breathing.
