Two weeks, still no explanation…

Don't forget Benghazi! 3 years on Benghazi.

yes, let's not forget that the Benghazi investigations proved that Hilliary lied to the American public about the cause of the attack........have the six years of investigating Trump proved anything.....well true, they did prove Hilliary's campaign lied about Russian collusion, and that the FBI agent falsified an affidavit (he pled guilty) but what did it prove about Trump?.......

So you are calling Trump, his attorneys, Kash Patel, John Solomon, the DoJ, the FBI and major media including Fox News all liars?

What specifically in that list do you think is only "alleged?"

The majority of that list has already been presented to a court and accepted as factual.

it is ALLEGED that the documents seized were documents that he should not have had.........it is ALLEGED that the documents seized were still classified..........it is ALLEGED (at least by the press and JPP posters but maybe not by anyone with knowledge of the facts) that are sensitive nuclear documents involved......in short, it is ALLEGED that there is something in all this that is a crime........we wonder if there is actually anything that merits the time you've put into it or if its just more of the stupid crap you've been throwing at walls for the last six years............none of that has been presented in court and accepted as factual..........

It has been stipulated by Trump and his lawyers in public documents that he had documents that were supposed to be turned over to NARA. There is no "alleged" about it. Everyone but you agrees that it is a fact. It has been stipulated by Trump and his lawyers that some of the documents he had were marked classified. They claim they documents were no longer classified even if they still had the markings and even if they were classified it isn't a crime for Trump to have classified documents since he isn't subject to the statute that makes having classified documents a crime. The problem you have PMP is you didn't bother to look at what both sides agree is fact and what crimes were listed in the warrant as the reason for the search. None of the 3 statutes require the documents be still classified for a crime to have occurred.

I have not alleged that any documents were still classified since the statutes that were in the warrant don't require documents be classified.
I have not alleged that the documents were sensitive nuclear documents since the statutes listed in the warrant don't require that they be sensitive nuclear documents.

Here is the list I gave you and asked what was factually wrong in that list.

The National Archives requested the return of the documents.
Trump or people working for Trump didn't promptly return the documents.
Almost 1 year after Trump was supposed to have returned those documents he returned some of them.
When cataloguing the documents NARA discovered that some of the documents were marked as classified.
NARA also believed there were other documents that hadn't been returned and Trump was refusing to return them.
A Grand jury was empaneled and issued a subpoena for any documents marked classified in Trump's possession.
When the subpoena was served, some documents were returned and a lawyer signed a document claiming all classified documents were returned.
The DoJ and FBI was shown the unlocked storage closet where the documents were being stored.
The DoJ sent a letter saying the documents were not properly stored so Trump's lawyers had a second lock put on the door.
The DoJ subpoenaed security video taken outside the storage closet. The video may have shown people moving things in and out of storage.
DoJ takes it's evidence to a court and gets a search warrant. The search warrant lists 3 statutes that were likely violated. None of the statutes require the documents be classified for there to be a crime.

18 U.S.C. § 793 (e)
18 U.S.C. § 1519
18 U.S.C. 2071
FBI executes the search warrant and lists classified documents among the items it takes from Mar-a-Lago

Trump had Presidential records. Trump agrees he had them. Trump's lawyers agree he had them. It would be impossible for them to say he returned them if he didn't have them. There is no "alleged" about that fact. Everyone agrees he had them.No reasonable person can look at the statements by Trump, Trump's lawyers, NARA and contained in court documents and claim that it is not a fact. The fact that you say it is "alleged" points to you not caring about the facts of the case and instead are simply trolling.

first you say its closed and finished, now you admit they still need to prove their case.......you don't have the cart before the horse........you have the wood to build a cart and NO horse......

If you stop spamming me I promise not to respond to any more of your posts. I'm missing other's responses to me because they're buried under your notifications.

Thank you.

idiot.....I have you on ignore......I never respond to you unless you quote me and only half of those.....

So you can't find anything that was not factual in my list. OK.

I simply listed facts that are known. I didn't say it would result in an indictment or conviction. The problem is you simply want to deny facts. Now you are just resorting to trolling.
Almost everything in the list has already been presented to a court in order to get a search warrant. If you have evidence the court was lied to, feel free to present it to us.

Hello Lurch,

Oh, of course he doesn't understand that. He had 4 years of his co-conspirators running cover for him, commiting crimes and then he pardoned them.

What he doesn't understand is he is without the protection of the presidency any longer. He's an ex-president without security clearance. He's just like you and me. And just like you and me he'd better fucking pay for it like we'd have to!

Hope so.

Come through for us, Garland!
