Two weeks, still no explanation…

I've seen no evidence of any top secret documents.......is the FBI hiding them in their socks?.....

Hmm..
I see evidence in what was told to the court in the affidavit.

From May 16-18, 2022 , FBI agents conducted a preliminary review of the
FIFTEEN BOXES provided to NARA and identified documents with classification markings in
fourteen of the FIFTEEN ES . A preliminary triage of the do ments with classification
markings revealed the following approximate numbers : 184 unique documents bearing
classification markings
, including 67 documents marked as CONFIDENTIAL, 92 documents
marked as SECRET
, and 25 documents marked as TOP SECRET . Further , the FBI agents
observed markings reflecting the following compartments / dissemination controls : HCS , FISA,
ORCON, NOFORN, and SI .

if a document is declassified, does the "Top Secret" get erased?......

Under the rules of declassification, the document must be marked as declassified. Without the document being marked there is no way to know that the declassification occurred.

But the problem Trump and you have is that the classification of the document isn't relevant under the law if the information contained is National Defense Information.
The FBI's investigation has established that documents bearing classification
markings , which appear to contain National Defense Information (NDI), were among the
materials contained in the FIFTEEN BOXES and were stored at the PREMISES in an
unauthorized location.

Further , the FBI agents
observed markings reflecting the following compartments / dissemination controls : HCS , FISA,
ORCON, NOFORN, and SI . Based on my training and experience ,I know that documents
classified at these levels typically contain NDI.
Several of the documents also contained what
appears to be FPOTUS's handwritten notes.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 793 (e) , [w]hoever having unauthorized possession of, access

to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates , delivers , transmits or causes to be
communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to do or causes the same to any person not
entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee

of the United States entitled to receive
it shall be fined or imprisoned not more than ten years, or

Two weeks since the public learned Former president Trump took top secret documents to a storeroom at Mar-A-Lago and he still has not offered an explanation why?!?

First, you neither need nor deserve an explanation. Second, he probably has no explanation. And third, you really should be focusing on how the entities charged with the safeguarding and general security of sensitive information LOST CUSTODY AND CONTROL OF THE SECRET PLANS TO THE DEATH STAR!

This is of paramount importance. Those documents, if they exist, were evidently cleared to MAL without even basic instructions to Trump on the proper care and feeding of his new pets. Remember, the FBI “suggested” he put a padlock on the storeroom!

For all you know, your 18 U.S. Code § 2071 could pertain more to the officials who controlled the materials and the peons that packed those cartons than to Donald Trump. Yeah, you heard right. If you want to give the DOJ the benefit of the doubt, they could just be trying to clean house. Their whole operation has been totally fucked up and partisan for at least the past eight years. Maybe they've had a come to Jesus moment but just couldn't pass up the opportunity to stick it to Trump one more time.

Two weeks since the public learned Former president Trump took top secret documents to a storeroom at Mar-A-Lago and he still has not offered an explanation why?!?

Oh, he had explanations. They just kept changing. I think the latest was that he had a "standing order" to declassify docs. It's just than no one on his former staff can confirm that.

and I've seen no proof there were top secret documents........I guess you should shut the fuck up until some evidence pops up.....

Yeah. They're just shown in black and white on the inventory attached to the warrant. 800 of them. Some so sensitive you have to look at them in a secret room, even if you have clearance. trump is going to be indicted for this.

is he not allowed to have birthday party menus and letters sent to him by Obama........is he not allowed to have his passports?........who the fuck are you to claim he had something he wasn't allowed to have........provide proof or shut the fuck up until you can.........

These were NOT that. These were top secret docs

"A federal judge on Friday unsealed and made public the search warrant for former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. A review of the warrant reveals that the FBI collected more than 20 boxes of items, including some material classified as top secret. The search got underway after the National Archives notified the Justice Department that some of the content from about 15 boxes it had collected from Mar-a-Lago after Trump left the White House contained serious national security information."

a man is not allowed to own a letter written to him by his predecessor?......or have a cocktail napkin?.......because he was president he no longer has personal possessioms?........do his boxer shorts belong to the government as well?.......if you can't produce an argument better than this you will totally lose the independent vote.....

beyond that, you do not KNOW there is more than that......you know no more than any of the rest of us.........you're just hoping things will change.....

You haven't read the affadavit? Here you go:

https://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow...p-search-warrant-affidavit-released-rcna44990

"the redacted affidavit noted that once the National Archives received 15 boxes from Team Trump, it found that “a lot of classified records” were alongside assorted miscellaneous print-outs and newspaper articles.

“Of most significant concern was that highly classified records were unfoldered, intermixed with other records, and otherwise unproperly [sic] identified,” the document read.

Later in the redacted affidavit, it explained the FBI agents also reviewed the contents of the 15 boxes and found approximately 184 documents bearing classification markings, 92 documents marked as secret, and 25 documents marked as top secret."

I wonder whether its actually smarter to wait and see what the FBI has......after all, you fell for their lie about Russian collusion and you fell for their lie about Hunter's laptop.....

The FBI was just carrying out the orders of the DOJ, who was requested to do something by the National Archives, Sport. He had is chance to return them volunarily.

Take your bitching to Garland. He is the holdup. Trump wants it all to be made public. The fact Garland is trying to block the release is very telling.

What trump wants made public are the sources and methods of the investigation, including specific names of the agents and DOJ officials involved so he can doxx, harass and attempt to intimidate them, you bitch.
