Two top lawyers say it is now time for President Donald Trump to negotiate a plea deal and resign from office in order to minimize his legal liability.

Both former U.S. Solicitor General Neal Katyal and former chief White House ethics lawyer Richard Painter reached the same conclusion yesterday after more evidence was disclosed making clear that Donald Trump was guilty of committing at least one felony — and probably several more.

Katyal wrote a lengthy piece for The New York Times that explained in detail the legal problems facing Donald Trump.He made clear that there were only two choices for prosecutors now: either indict him and charge him with the crimes, or turn over all of their evidence to the U.S. House of Representatives. And he also said that the Constitution would require the House to proceed with impeachment proceedings if prosecutors decline to indict the president. - PoliticusUSA

Michael Cohen won’t be the only Trump associate serving time in the pen for breaking the law if it’s up to Letitia James. The incoming New York Attorney General revealed that she plans to ignite a fire under President Donald Trump and anyone in his camp who may have engaged in illegal activity within her jurisdiction once she steps into her new role next month.

“We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well,” she said in an exclusive interview with NBC News. James, who currently serves as New York City’s Public Advocate, became the first African American and the first woman to be elected as attorney general in New York, making her one of many African Americans who scored a historic win during the 2018 Midterm Election. “We want to investigate anyone in his orbit who has, in fact, violated the law,” she added.

The former New York City Councilwoman went on to outline the following probes she intends to pursue regarding the president’s namesake business, the Trump Organization, his campaign headquarters, and the Trump Tower — all of which are based in New York.

Trump, has time after time, tries to blame those around him. But that trick it is beginning to fall flat!

He was on Fox News, saying that he was wrong for allowing Cohen to control his affairs which has nothing to with him.

One little problem with that statement is?

Trump was on tape telling Cohen that he knows what going to be done with money payoffs. He(Trump) has gloated about never breaking any laws?

So that theory is bogus, due to Trump commenting on ever detail of any story of illegal issue Trump is involved with.

In the end, the truth won't set Trump free, because in his words, "it's fake news"!

So, guilty as charged!!!!
 
Looking for an act of grace from that subhuman is not to be expected. He'd rather die professionally slowly and painfully than mercifully and quickly. His choice. He is just punishing his party.
Personally I love a nonfunctional loser party of morons bleeding out of power slowly and inexorably. I'm enjoying every news article I happen to see.

I want to kick Trump around much more. He leaves now, well, they hit the reset button with an unscathed Pence.... That doesn't work for me.
