Two nervous people waking up today.

IMO, Trump is very excited to start his new job. He's been chomping at the bit for 2 months now.

And Obama is looking forward to making millions in speaking fees.

trump already said he's not starting work until Monday.

So much for all his lies about "my first day in office."

Do you think the Islamic Theocracies are nervous?

They are about the only ones getting what they want, to drag us to a place where we are at war with all of Islam. They are desperate to drag us into a direct conflict into a guerrilla type war where they can bankrupt us, like they did to the Soviet Union in Afghanistan.

I am not afraid or nervous, I guess I should amend what I said about the world being nervous... they ARE nervous, but should not be nervous.

America has enough checks and balances to keep a weak man like Trump limited.

One would like to think so Jarod but sadly not so much.
With a compliant congress and a partisan SCOTUS there are virtually no checks and balances

I don't think Obama is nervous about stepping down. He'll be regarded as one of the best POTUS in history especially given the fact that Republicans tied both of his hands behind his back for the vast majority of his terms.

Bush left the White House in shame. He hid in the shadows, and watched as the aftermath of his terms continued to fester....both home and abroad.

When Obama speaks, people listen. He doesn't just spout off like some drunken stand up comedian in orange face with a bad hairpiece.

He has/had respect for the position, unlike the Orange Buffoon.

Yes...it's a big day today. Obama sighs with relief, and the buffoon has to begin at a job that he never wanted. He has very little control of the country, and that won't sit well.

Yep...that's it...that's exactly why THE PEOPLE vetoed a 3rd term through a Clinton proxy. One of the most respected....err...most REJECTED. A president who witnessed 8 years of an economy that not one time had its GDP reach 3% growth rate...another first, the first time in US history that an economy has not sustained a 3% growth rate. Soetoro will always be remembered as the Food Stamp president...as so many Citizens left the labor force and signed up on federal relief in order to feed their families. The last time that any US ECONOMY did not reach 3% was in the 30s.

Let's not forget that there still may be a few people who the Clintons blame for their failure and who they haven't reached out and "touched" yet. :BKick::hide:

First thing Trump is going to do? Take two days off. lol

Low energy. But, then again, obese people tend to be that way.

you must be on something, people ignored him soon after ACA passed but remembered at election time. He will be remembered as one of the worst and hated by most women as his policies kept Hillary from being elected.

Well hrc had a hand in that too. She didn't have to run as Obama 2.0 among other things of course.
