uggos, such as the lady formerly referenced in this thread, try to humblebrag so they can signal they are attractive.they are attractive enough to be "harassed" (which they are not) at the same time they also get like +10 oppression points and become a victim, which is a highly sought after commodity.

I saw a picture of this lady showing NDT her tattoo and it's completely normal and not harassing at all.
