That would be difficult to prove, but I agree. Those who were with Babbitt and engaged in criminal activities will now be charged with her death. Not a lawyer, but negligent homicide charges against the violent trespassers would be a minimum.

Consider that most of the protestors were from out of state so they crossed state lines to engage in domestic terrorism at the Capitol. Those assholes are going to regret the day they heard the name Donald J. Trump.

Thanks. Is it true Trump can only pardon them for Federal crimes? Also, doesn't Trump need to know their names for a pardon? If they aren't identified until Trump is out of office, would that cause some problems?
