No since religion is covered by the First Amendment. I will say I'd never attend a church that preached such bullshit, such hate for their fellow mankind since, obviously, it's not very Christian.

Better, IMO, and something a lawyer would know, is to enforce the exemption clause about becoming involved in politics. I completely favor enforcing the tax-exempt laws for non-profits regardless if they are religious or secular.
The 14th Amendment applies here on who is exempt and who isn't. Let's not forget that many Christian churches are composed of African-Americans and their views on homosexuality are the same as Micawber described. He wants to throw the baby out with the bathwater, I want to enforce present laws and restrictions on exemptions.
BTW, I'm not a lawyer and can show the exemption in tax code. Notice the fucking lawyers do not. LOL

Because Donald Trump exploited his privileges of using twitter to spread his cancerous hatred, it will now suffer the consequences of allowing it to continue for the last 5 years.
