No, Section 230 didn't change anything. It does not prohibit speech. All it does is protect someone from suing websites for the content their users place on them. It does NOTHING to protect them from users suing them for slander or unfair treatment on that website. Twitter is open to lawsuits. Facebook is open to lawsuits. Google is open to lawsuits. Section 230 is not a magick shield that will protect them from slanderous behavior.
To censor a user on such grounds as being 'dangerous' is slander. NOTHING in section 230 protects them from slander. Parler, for example, has good standing to sue Amazon. Amazon is NOT going to be protected by Section 230.
