This is the same pattern the Colt Grill in Arizona (5 locations in two states) followed. White owners colluded with Mexican cartels to human traffic and use what amounts to slavery to get cheap employees along with tax evasion, money laundering, etc.

Any charges like that are wwwaaaaayyyy down the list of ones the government brings on this sort of business and its owners. They usually get hit with stuff like, human trafficking, kidnapping, tax evasion, money laundering, conspiracy, etc., and by that point the defendants are looking at 30 + years in prison and millions in fines so tossing in some discrimination charge is like sticking another, unlit, candle on a birthday cake that's on fire.

As for the riot that occurred, ICE says:

Fuck the Left for siding with those vicious criminals. It is also a complete disgrace and travesty that a member of congress would get involved in this riot in any way, shape, or form.
