Call it an insurrection or a coup attempt, it was fueled by what's known as the "Big Lie": the verifiably false assertion that Trump won. Joe Biden won 306 votes in the Electoral College, while Trump received 232. In the popular vote, Biden won by more than 7 million votes.

Did people forget that it was the intent of the rioters to disrupt the peaceful transition of power, and overturn a legitimate election?

Seems like those are pretty important considerations. Did Carlson leave that out of his commentary?

WRONG, in sentencing there is huge distinguishment. I know a woman who killed a guy, she got two years. She killed him while he was raping a child.. I know of others who got death for killing a guy.

McConnell just came on and said he backs the view of the capitol police. Mccarthy gave many hours of videos so Tucker could pick the ones that appear to back his Qanon stances. We all know what you can do with thousands of hours of video, if you want to. Tucker wants to.
