Tucker on Trump: "I hate him passionately"

Tucker is an okay actor, he has perfected the fake outrage that gets his disciples going.

When Fox loses the Dominion suit, I hope that one thing the plaintiffs can receive, along with money and admission of guilt, is that every broadcast must come with a crawler at the bottom that says something like "This is not actual news and is for entertainment only."

Notice the compete lack of context. I am going to need to see much longer quotes if I am to take this claim seriously.

Tucker Carlson on October 30, 2020: “Reporters hate Trump with an all-consuming mania. They hate him so intensely that at times it's been amusing to watch.”
Tucker Carlson on Trump in private on January 4, 2021: "I hate him passionately."

In one exchange Carlson calls Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, who was repeatedly brought on the network as a guest to promote election conspiracies a “lying fucking bitch.” In another, he agrees with an unnamed sender who states that there’s no “evidence of voter fraud that swung the election,” and that there’s “certainly no evidence the election was stolen. “Yep. All true,” Carlson replied.

It's one thing to play a part as an actor in a play or movie. It's something else altogether to outright lie while purporting to be imparting factual information. How they can stand themselves in their mirrors is beyond my ken.

Because they get paid millions to do it. They are truly 'Media Whores'.

I sure do, he has been breaking up with them for awhile.

He can't quit them though, because who else would defend him? And they can't quit him either, or their viewers will dissipate. It's a relationship fit for an episode of Dr. Phil. Or Jerry Springer. lol

Hawkeye repeatedly quotes Carlson as though he is a prophet. I wonder if his psychosis will allow him to realize that he's been played for a fool? I'm guessing not.

And nothing other than what the repercussions might be for a national news network and its foremost host who made themselves the public face of Trumpworld.

Again, and? You realize don't you, that at some point when you repeat something over and over and over and over and over and over and over people eventually stop caring of paying attention? I'm trying to find the point here? You think Fox News is garbage? Is that the point? We didn't know that already? It's just more leftist noise. It's like all the things leftists are offended by. The lastest one I read about was a black lady claiming people who make horse riding helmets are racist because they don't make them big enough for her dread locks. You've become caricature of yourselves.

It will mean nothing to you. That is one of many emails coming out in the Dominion trial. They are showing what they thought of Trump and their listeners. They were saying what would keep you guys watching, no matter how bad a lie it was. The so-called "Kraken" you guys had faith in was a nutcase. She got her info from a person even nuttier than she.
They played you guys for ratings. Fed you crap they knew were lies. You idiots believe them all.
For the millionth time, it is not Trump, not Fox, it is the followers who cannot be told the truth. Fox figured you guys would flee to crazier stations if they did not lie to you.

Realty is kryptonite to their world view, so they run from it constantly.

The blue-blood elitist Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson is in the business of figuring out what mindless rubes want to be told, and then telling them that even if he doesn't believe it himself.

His only goal is to make make millions $$ by having advertisers market Viagra and Adult Depends undergarments to people like you.

And they won't read it here, either. Nothing must puncture the #MalignantMessiah Bubble, nothing.

We didn't need more proof that Carlson -- and Fox itself -- have no principles, integrity, or ethics. But it's good to have anyways.
When Fox News was created it was done so specifically to be a propaganda arm for Republicans. That is not even something that is in dispute.

It should have never been allowed to call it self news. They copied the popular Rush Limbaugh model and put news behind it. "rush LImbaugh News' should not get protections of the media just because you plop the word 'News' in the name.

What is needed, since News gets higher levels of protections, is a definition of what constitutes 'news'. Something like the Bar that assesses Lawyers wrongs and can kick them out from the club. Fox would never pass any reasonable one. It should be called Fox Entertainment or Fox Media, but not 'news'.

If FawkEwe10 is foolish enough to revere Carlson, he's foolish enough to swallow bullshit that allows him to keep following Carlson.

I think that news media who also feature opinion stuff should be required to plainly state something like "The following is an opinion by ___" and in addition, run that as a crawler across the bottom of the screen while the opinion is being delivered -- even if it's a full hour, like Fucker Carlson's ooze. That goes for MSNBC as well. This is why I much prefer to read rather than watch; at least in print media opinion pieces are almost always labeled as such, at least on the more credible sites.
