I don't know about this "new blood" stuff.

Lots good to say about it...but lots bad also.

How many here would rather have a guy just out of medical school perform brain surgery on a loved one...rather than someone who has been doing it for many years?

How many here would rather be a passenger in a plane being flown by a relative new pilot rather than someone with lots of experience?

How about the engineer on a train you are on?

Piloting a hot air balloon?

Being the captain of a ship you are cruising on?

Being an effective legislator is NOT an easy thing at all.

GOVERNING is not an easy thing either.

Experience counts.
