Both Reagan & Trump pledged to nominate a woman for SCOTUS. That's nothing new.

But something unprecedented like asking for her LSAT scores? I said it yesterday - I'm never one to cry racism. But if the shoe fits.

yes on trump and reagan, but neither disqualified everyone else first

its a fair question, someone was always first with a new question

Please name the last nominee to the SCOTUS that was selected because of her race and sex and not because of her record of the highest Judicial and scholastic achievement. She was selected because he is a black female not because she is the best Jurist. We need to know if she is a light weight or not.

As I mentioned - both Reagan and Trump pledged to nominate a woman.

My partner was asked to interview for Harvard Medical school because he was Hispanic. [He didn't go to the interview because he didn't want to move because he was a geologist and did oil deals in Texas to support his family] Harvard didn't ask me even though I had a higher GPA and MCAT score.:laugh: I also ultimatly finished higher in our medical school class.
