BREAKING: Fox News lawyers have reached out to Tucker Carlson notifying him that he breached his contract by launching his show on Twitter.

So Fox is allowed to fire Tucker but he is not allowed to speak freely online?

In response to the move by Fox, Tucker's lawyers responded with the following statement:

“Fox defends its very existence on freedom of speech grounds. Now they want to take Tucker Carlson’s right to speak freely away from him because he took to social media to share his thoughts on current events," said Carlson's lawyer, Bryan Freedman to Axios.

Fox must have the worst legal team on the planet

Tucker is doing his show in such a way, he can't possibly lose. He has no team of people doing graphics. He doesn't even have a guy working the teleprompter

He is literally just an individual exercising his right to free speech on the internet.

You can't sign away those rights even accidently

his contract was commercial in nature. It does not stop him from speaking his mind on twitter, or arguing with people in a chat room.

You think you can sign a contract and violate it without consequences? Have you signed a contract for a car and refused to pay? A house?

What about college students who sign for loans then want you and me to pay for it? Are you and I violating their rights by refusing the request? What about those who speculated on overpriced houses and ARM's then wanted American taxpayers to bail them out during the Housing Crisis? Was it a violation of their Constitutional rights to tell them they were on their own?

What are the terms of the contract he freely signed for millions of dollars in his pocket? Did he agree to a severance and the conditions set forth in the contract?

Agreed. It appears that only applies to honest people, not Trumpers. Certainly not Pedo Don who has broken lots of contracts and an oath himself.

Tucker did a great job interviewing many of the republican candidates this past Friday. He asks questions nobody else will. Pence sounded particularly bad.
