According to Elmirza Khozhugov, who is Tsarnaev’s ex-brother-in-law, he was fascinated with anti-Semitic conspiracies and was even after a copy of one of the most famous (and absurd) conspiracy books of all time, “The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion,” which alleges that Jewish people are secretly planning world domination.
