Thanks. It's just that as a nation we've never really addressed the root cause head on. We run from it while throwing money at it in our wake. We know that when we turn the stern into a following sea, the waves will overtake the aft, get swamped and sink. It's always better to keep the bow to the wind and cut through the waves where we eventually come through the storm to calm seas.
Racist people need to be looked at square in the eye and be told, "You're wrong! Your thinking is wrong! You're heart is wrong!" A change of heart has to begin within each person. Only God can do that. And, God and I don't need money in order to do that. It's a free message.
I like this also. You have great common sense. As a side note, what you are describing in the bolded is called getting pooped. Not kidding. That is why ships have poop decks. Has nothing to do with bodily functions!

The Trump administration on Friday slashed $400,000 in federal funding for one of the few U.S. groups that combat white extremism but denied it is now focusing only on fighting radical Islamists.
A grant announcement by the Department of Homeland Security eliminated funding for the Chicago-based Life After Hate, which was initially awarded the money in January during the closing days of the Obama administration.
Life After Hate, run by a former skinhead, is among a handful of domestic programs dedicated to helping people leave white power groups including neo-Nazi organizations and the Ku Klux Klan, and it was the only one of the original grant recipients dedicated solely to combatting white extremism.
The co-founder of Life After Hate, Christian Picciolini, said in an emailed statement, "While it's disappointing that DHS broke its promise to us by changing the rules to the grant after we'd already won it, it is more alarming that the current administration is refusing to acknowledge that white nationalist extremists are a major domestic terrorist threat."
Picciolini has publicly criticized the Trump administration for ties to white extremists. He pledged to continue serving those in need.

If this group is as good as advertised they should be able to raise far more than $400K in private funds with this exposure
