A red flag is when anyone is so foolish they believe and repeat what the vile scumbags in their radical party and media endlessly spew, calling Trump a Fascist or Nazi. These terms are so inflammatory that, if believed, they can easily justify violent attacks or assassination to "prevent" future suffering and death.
This isn’t like calling someone a Marxist. Marx is still celebrated by the left. Countless professors, like Richard Wolff, proudly call themselves Marxists, teaching it at Ivy League schools like Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. Marxism, the root of socialism, has little practical distinction, any differences blur into full communism. A "democratic socialist" is just a socialist with a softer label to dupe drones like Lefty and others here. In practice, there’s no real difference.
These ideas go back thousands of years starting with Plato all the way to the French intellectual Rousseau, the true precursor to 'The Communist Manifesto', Carl Marx's most famous book, a repulsive man who wrote a pathetic book that intellectuals treat as gospel, tinkering with Marxism on paper, at social events, in academic halls, and then in some unlucky country where it’s implemented, proving yet again it fails no matter the tweaks. Why? It completely ignores human nature.
