Not from the entire membership. There is a difference. If something actually reaches to "threat" and they ask me for information with a subpoena they'd get their information. If they tried to get my entire membership they'd be fishing without due cause, getting a list and then looking for a crime is a violation of the 4th Amendment and would be met with resistance and a countersuit.

But if you are afraid that I would give up that information that easily, and you continue to post here, I would question your sanity.

I think you know that what I said is true. You can pretend to laugh, but you know what I said is true, and you trust that is how I will act. I don't think you are insane or stupid, therefore I think you do not believe they would try to get such a list, and that if they did I would not give such a list up.

I disagree. This is the Age of Trump and warrants and cause and due process are things of the past. If they demand a list of your members, you would have to either comply, or hire a law firm to represent you, which of course costs money. You know and I know that for the most part none of us are saying things here that are illegal. (THe occasional death threats are a gray area.)

However, that doiesn't matter in the Age of Trump. Some of your members have been publicly rejoicing about all the people being fired for saying things they don't like about Charlie Kirk. Not just Kimmel, but regular citizens. RWers are weaponizing his death and using it to report speech they don't like to people's employers. There is plenty of speech on this site that they don't like. I'm fairly sure at least some of your more unhinged members have been tattling.
