I disagree with that. I believe that she drove at him with a deadly weapon, struck him with it, and he believed his life was in danger. I think that your argument will be made if they prosecute, however I believe that mine will be made as well by the defense. I think in the end, he will be found to be justified. We will find out. I don't believe he would be charged at all in any normal situation, but because this is so politically charged he probably will be. Walz, IMO, foolishly has already convicted this guy in his own mind.
