Primaries are Trump's secret power. The crazy Trumpys show up for primaries. That means Trump can get popular Repub politicians primaried out of their jobs like he did with McCain. It is how he controls the party to his advantage.

It's not that much of a mystery when you look at what Conservatism has to offer...it requires an autocrat because Conservative policies are just so deeply unpopular and they always fail.

Right, but what voters? Who even answers their phone anymore? And we found out that most of these surveys include dropped calls or unfinished polls that they use AI to fill in the blanks.

That's why none of these polls make any sense.

Trump winning Independents by 18%? IN WHAT WORLD?????

Trump winning 18-29 voters with 56%? HOW?????

Trump winning 58% of the female vote? IMPOSSIBLE.

The polls do more damage to our democracy than give anyone insight into what the actual results will be.

An end to gerrymandering, a ban on private campaign donations, abolishing the Electoral College, term limits on SCOTUS, adding DC and PR as states, and banning PACs and lobbying.

Basically, make it impossible for them to ever gain control.

That'd be nice, but it would affect both parties. Getting rid of the EC and adding states is unlikely due to the number of Congressional votes required and ratification. I'm guessing 47 states don't want 3 states deciding what government is best for them.

As for DC; there's a workable solution: Give most of the territory back to Maryland. Specifically, the residential areas. Keep the Federal work areas in DC.

Voting can be fixed with ranked voting by each state, no ratification required.

I strongly doubt Senators and Reps on both sides of the aisle would agree to less money in their campaigns. Politicians are too greedy.

No, all it would do is prevent Conservatives from ever achieving or amassing political power.

Why? Because they are a small minority of voters. They are too stupid to change. All their ideas are terrible. No one wants to hang with them.

They show campaigns where they are weak and where they should direct their resources.

I don't know about the poll numbers you used above, but maybe you have a different perception than the nation's voters. I have noticed JPP posters overly optimistic about their side's chances. Remember the "red wave" in 2022?
