Trumps QAnon shaman to get between two and five years.

In consideration of the Trump QAnon shaman’s Mental health issues he was allowed to plead guilty to only one felony, with a range of a possible jail term of between two and five years.
 
Why are they letting insurrectionists off so easily? If blacks did it, they would throw the book at them.

What I read is that they took into consideration demands long history of mental health issues and that he was taken advantage of…

I'd much rather see the true instigators, including the ex-Instigator-in-Chief, receive the long sentences. That guy is a whacko, a mentally-ill tool. Make an example of the real ringleaders, not the foot soldiers.

One Capitol police officer said you need to arrest the guy who ordered the hit.

Exactly. That Shaman Guy was just trespassing. He meant well. He deserve punishment but not that severe like BidenPresident wants.

I would have believed the shit about a "peaceful protest," even if they'd erected the hangman's noose and chanted about hanging Pence -- if they'd stayed outside where they were supposed to be. They didn't. They brought restraints and weapons, and intended to harm or kill elected people as well as those guarding them. They knew that the police wouldn't mow them down (although they should have). They made a martyr out of the idiotic bimbo who did manage to get shot. Isn't it interesting that we have heard nothing about any of the insurrectionists being injured, other than the guy who tazed himself, and a few self-induced heart attacks. It would appear that the majority of violence was committed by the terrorists.

Prosecutors are being very restrained. The alt right should be grateful, and of course they are not.

Agree with all. One of the arrested said he brought a gun and left it in his hotel room. Maybe, but he still showed up with military grade vest.
