Trump’s indictment plus candidacy could endanger democracy and the rule of law

"Not since the Vietnam War in the 1960s or perhaps the mid-19th century before the Civil War has the country’s governing structure faced such disunity and peril, given the unprecedented nature of a federal criminal indictment of a former president compounded by the fact that Trump has been charged by the Justice Department in the administration of the Democrat who defeated him in 2020 and who is his likeliest general election opponent in 2024, if Trump is nominated again by the Republican Party.

endangered democracy and the rule of law
from the very outset

by creating the most inefficient and inexplicably convoluted form of government
on the face of this planet,
both then at its inception
right up until today.

There have been cocaine-driven military juntas
that were more orderly and sensible
that that which our framers conceived
as their new concept for creating a new nation.

Nonstop politically motivated prosecutions based on lies, such as the Russia Lies sedition, bogus-assed "impeachments", ridiculous NYC Bragg prosecution, for which they created an ex post facto law to prosecute, and now the documents, which Americans clearly see a a political attack, and glaring illustration of the Stalinist double standard of the left.

The only thing they really fucked up on is the 2nd amendment and not wording it so that the government could have more leeway in regulating firearm sales and purchases.

Other than that, I think they created the best system possible.

It's interesting that many of the witnesses in the documents case are trumps own people, so forget about blaming Democrats. Secondly there is a legal provision that if trump were to be convicted he could no longer run for office. The prosecutors chose not to include that provision in the indictment.
You cant blame democrats, they didn't take the papers and refuse to return them.
