So why didn't he just sort through the stuff he took from his office and STOLE from a SCIF? Trump had the PRA and Biden did not . Notice the difference?

The difference is that trump is under criminal indictment for refusing to return docs, for attempting to hide them, for lying about them and of course showing highly classified docs to his friends.

All this time you lied and pretended that these docs were closely guarded by the secret service, and those in the bathroom probably were every time a SS agent took a crap.

Biden didn't receive or ignore a subpoena, and he didn't try to hide the documents to avoid complying with a court order

Biden's classified documents were taken illegally and stored illegally.

They were in his garage, his library and multiple other places...all illegally.

A thug has rooms full of stolen goods in his home and says he didn't know that they were there. Give me a break.

Indeed. Were Biden and Pence arrested? So Biden , Pence and Trump all had not fully sorted out the documents that they took with them. But you are forgiving Biden and Pence for not having sorted their stuff. But only Trump has the PRA to justify what he took. Interesting. :thinking: BTW Biden had documents removed from the Senate SCIF that he HAD TO KNOW was classified and had no right to have.
