That if it weren't for the Palestinian's own shortcomings in terms of their society, Gaza could easily be another beachfront, Mediterranean, tourist destination awash in cash. But it isn't because their society and culture are utterly fucked up.

No. The Palestinians can stew in their own juices, so-to-speak. They created the fucked-up situation they're in, and ultimately, they're the only ones that can fix it. The problem for them is their own society and culture pretty much ensure they never will.

If it were me, half of them would be shipped to Egypt's Western Desert and put to work building the Qattara Depression canal(s) to regreen the Egyptian part of the Sahara Desert. Shovels, picks, and wheelbarrows are cheap to acquire.
