unfortunately he represents at least some of the far lefts view - not many are as stupid -but many are reactionary against drones

only in your screwed up world view is droning al-Qaeda "illegal"

O...

G.

What a world class, flip-flopping fucking hypocrite you are.

The phony-baloney fake Buddhist peacenik who used to scream and pee himself like a baby at the very mention of the words DRONE STRIKE when Obama was giving the orders, is suddenly purring like a kitten when it's Trump giving the go ahead.

No.

Shame.

Have.

You.

That was about the signature strikes in Pakistan you idjit..do you know the difference in targeting?
Signature strikes are inherently unreliable. stick to Trump bashing and what you "know"about.

Drone Strikes Reveal Uncomfortable Truth: U.S. Is Often Unsure About Who Will Die

...Gradually, it has become clear that when operators in Nevada fire missiles into remote tribal territories on the other side of the world, they often do not know who they are killing, but are making an imperfect best guess....

So please provide us with your list of names and facts about the people killed in your daddy's first drone strike.

Because you somehow seem to know these things.

killed three alleged al-Qaida operatives in Yemen's southwestern Bayda province, security and tribal officials said, the first such killings reported in the country since Donald Trump assumed the U.S. presidency Friday.

The two Saturday strikes killed Abu Anis al-Abi, an area field commander, and two others,
which is much different then signature strikes where the targets are droned by their "signature" of behaviors of terrorist activities.

And how do you know those were the only ones killed?

How do you know they had no children in the vicinity as they are known to do?

You don't.

You just know that it's OK when your daddy Trump does it.

that goes to "collateral damage" which is a separate issue from the targeting of known terrorists vs. signature strikes

I think it was generous for Obama to turn control of the military over to Trump before the inauguration so he could set up this attack by Saturday.......

We have covered this.
The world is not a battle field. Droning is murder.

Since you brought up "court of law", which court has held this is murder? None as you said, yet you set yourself as judge and jury.

For someone who claims they are so intelligent, you are ridiculously stupid. This is a warzone and to say the world is not a battle field, what do you even mean by that? So we should use planes flown by humans and then it isn't murder?

Rune is an idiot. the AUMF gives permission to drone worldwide. It's a Global War On Terrorism, despite the fact Obama refused to say it

You misunderstood what I said.
Having a suspect's name is not enough evidence to kill them in a court of law.
Therefore it is murder.

I see, he is talking about a discussion he had with you and thinks I am aware of it. Yes, he is an idiot.

What is his issue with? Does he want planes with humans in the cockpit to do the killing and then that is not murder?

Suspected U.S. drone strikes have killed three alleged al-Qaida operatives in Yemen's southwestern Bayda province, security and tribal officials said, the first such killings reported in the country since Donald Trump assumed the U.S. presidency Friday.

The two Saturday strikes killed Abu Anis al-Abi, an area field commander, and two others, they said, speaking on condition of anonymity as they were not authorized to release the information to journalists.

U.S. drone strikes against suspected al-Qaida targets have been commonplace in the years since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington, as a retaliatory measure against the group. The use of unmanned aircraft as well as air strikes in the Arab world's poorest country rose dramatically under President Barack Obama, with data from the Britain-based Bureau of Investigative Journalism showing spikes in attacks, especially in 2012 and 2016.

On Thursday, U.S. intelligence officials said as many as 117 civilians had been killed in drone and other counterterror attacks in Pakistan, Yemen and elsewhere during Obama's presidency. It was the second public assessment issued in response to mounting pressure for more information about lethal U.S. operations overseas.

Human rights and other groups have criticized the Obama administration, saying it has undercounted civilian casualties. They also worry that President Trump will more aggressively conduct drone strikes, which are subject to little oversight from Congress or the judiciary.

In the years since the drone program began, Yemen has fallen ever deeper into chaos. A two-year-old civil war began after Shiite Houthis rebels seized the capital Sanaa and forced the president, Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, to flee the country. In March 2015, a Saudi-led military coalition launched an extensive air campaign aimed at restoring Hadi's government.

Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, long seen by Washington as among the most dangerous branches of the global terror network, exploited the chaos, seizing territory in the country's south and east, and the Islamic State group has also claimed attacks. The northern region remains under Houthi control.

Thats what the link says....

How did this get to be Trumps First Drone Strikes: US drone strike kills 3 alleged al-Qaida in Yemen???

I misunderstood what you DID NOT say. Uh, huh, yeah.

I really am trying to understand your second sentence. Are you actually suggesting it is just the name that convinced our military to kill someone? There have been cases of mistaken identity and I do wish the police had been charged just like a civilian, however, I don't even know if that is what you're saying.

You have a poor ability to convey what you're actually thinking. Maybe you're just too smart for us mortals.

apparently..his thoughts are so dissociative you have to assemble them for him.

Too smart for you obviously especially since you claim familiarity with the thread.
anatta claimed the killing is justified because "we know their names ".

Knowing the name of an alleged perpetrator is not sufficient for a conviction in a court therefore it isn't justified.Get it yet simpleton?
