Trump DOES believe what he says. Which makes his level of lying pathological in nature. I think someone like Hillary knew when she was lying.

Evil is a little strong. "Lower in character" perhaps, though I think Trump is a man of low character in other areas.
But pathological lying is scarier in a leader. He's not tethered to reality. He's really kind of psychotic. I'm just not digging it.
actually to go further I would suggest only hillary's style is actually lying. Being wrong isn't lying. Say wrong things isn't lying. If you believe it, it's not a lie. Its just wrong.

That fact was just documented....the media ignores and downplays anything to do with an attack on US SOIL, totally ignoring the fact that a great many 'sleeper cells' have piggy backed on the refugee programs....simply because you refuse to accept that reality simply CONFIRMS the Presidents position....you and your attempt to justify the propaganda coming from the media contradicts your own argument.
The media falsely reports that no terrorist activity has occurred under the umbrella of the refugee program in the United State....a blatant lie, almost 70 arrests have occurred among them..... refugees because of terrorist activity in the United States over the past 18 months.
Where is the reporting of that fact....all you hear is the same semantics of duplicity....0, none, no terrorist events have come from the US refugee program. A documented lie. And the fact that one has to access foreign news to document the reality that is occurring within the borders of the Untied States of America....is the nail in the coffin of the propaganda being distributed by the media in the US.
