Trumpees? Should the mayor of London be allowed to visit?

Oops...looks like any "obsession" is Donald's...he's obsessed with Muslims.

Why is The Donald obsessed with London's newly-elected mayor? :dunno:

Sadiq Khan, whose win last week made him the first Muslim mayor of any Western capital, made the comments Tuesday after Trump suggested the Londoner would be exempt from his proposed ban on Muslims entering the United States.

Why are your obsessed with Trump?

I'll understand if you don't have the guts to explain.

What else did Trump say about Khan?

We'll understand if you don't post it, lol. Contrary to your idiotic narrative and all.

I think you might find I already did.

Are you still pretending Trump didn't say that all Muslim travel to the US should be banned?

(New York, NY) December 7th, 2015, -- Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on. According to Pew Research, among others, there is great hatred towards Americans by large segments of the Muslim population. Most recently, a poll from the Center for Security Policy released data showing "25% of those polled agreed that violence against Americans here in the United States is justified as a part of the global jihad" and 51% of those polled, "agreed that Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to Shariah." Shariah authorizes such atrocities as murder against non-believers who won't convert, beheadings and more unthinkable acts that pose great harm to Americans, especially women.

Mr. Trump stated, "Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension. Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life. If I win the election for President, we are going to Make America Great Again." - Donald J. Trump

The key thing, of course, is that America, as an immigrant society, tends to think in terms of immovably fixed national, 'racial' or religious groups, because that suits the nature of such an amorphous set-up, where people tend to cling on to their groups for security. In normal societies this happens only where you get extreme prejudice, as you did about Romanist victims of the Famine in Liverpool or Glasgow, whereas most Romanists soon learned to follow everyone else. I have had lots of students who were officially Muslim but in most ways indistinguishable from everyone else, like the great majority of Jewish people. American anxieties and prejudices cause a great deal of difficulty, like the way their general lack of courage produces so many gun-murders.

No. We just recognise theocrats and don't want to live in a new dark age. You being an academic explains your apparent mental retardation.

You said you would understand IF I can't explain. That's not an assssertion about me. You don't communicate well at all.

Lol. You know you just lost. Lol. So funny....

I'll understand if you can't explain.

I would rather you strive to understand Islam.

So, you can't explain, as I said.

You can't explain how I "just lost".

Must I explain it further to you? :palm:

hey..I'm gettable, but Trump needs to clarify.
For one thing this all started with Obama wanting 65,000 Syrian refugees, when the vetting process is obviously not in place to do it.

Trump COULD HAVE SAID "no Syrian refugees until/unless we have true vetting" - which is common sense.
But he goes to a "ban on MUslims" which is probably unconstitutional/not needed/and politically dead.

Same with the "deporations" ( of 13,000,000?) -build the wall instead, I'm fine with that.

His emotionalism is fine during the primary,it'sot going to work in the general.
And quit getting into 1990'swar on women with Clinton -it's stupid and counter-productive,,

Does this guy even have a campaign manger???

Of course you can't keep all muslimes out if that is the definition. But you can ban immigration for a few years from anywhere.

We have more than enough people here to integrate

We aren't the worlds orphanage.

As for deportations you don't have to deport anyone. You simply remove the impetus for them to want to stay

1) ZERO welfare benefits
2) no free public education for their spawn
3) employers found employing illegals will be fined $10,000/day per illegal

They will go home the way they came. It isn't complicated

The whole "you can't deport 13 million meme" is just a distraction by the open borders crowd to confuse the situation and make you sound like a storm trooper rounding up babies. There is zero need for that.

Grow up, you silly boy! All we get here is a few criminal teenagers who get religion without understanding it, as a way of reducing their uncertainties, just like Yanks. Go fight some other gang of nutters and don't poke your nose into what you don't understand.
