You see, moron, in the English language, there are expressions called idioms, which have figurative meaning, rather than literal meaning.

For example, the expression "I handed you your ass." It means you were soundly defeated. Now, an idiot would read that and go on for pages arguing that his ass was still in place and that it was not in his hands. That's what an idiot would do.

Another one, "Pull your head out of your ass." It means you are oblivious to reality. An idiot, of course, would go on for pages arguing that his head was not really up his ass and how that would not be possible. That's what an idiot would do.

Just another idiom referencing the object's (you) inability to recognize reality and mocking Trump's well-known orange hue.
