that's nice......but you are wrong.......the House was charged under the constitutiin with investigating and indicting.......the Senate's role is to act as jury........the House failed both times......

This one is even shoddier than the last one. The burden will be to prove that Trump ‘incited’ an insurrection that began before his speech was ended. Also, the ‘inciting’ language is absent from the speech.
