See page 23 of the poll. Trump kicks Biden's old saggy butt.

See page 18 41% think Biden is mentally fit to be President 59% say he isn't mentally fit. .

Is Joe Biden mentally fit to serve as
President of the United States or do you
have doubts about his fitness for office?

Do you think Joe Biden is showing he is too old
to be President. 68% say he is too old.

or do you think he is showing he

Biden is too old and mentally unfit to be President and the public knows it. Biden is a one term President.

Here's hoping that's not the match-up.

A Trump OR Biden Presidency would be pretty disastrous for America at this point. We need a new leader, and someone who plays less to our divisions.

It's kind of amazing that it looks like we're actually going to CHOOSE this - but there is still some time.

Biden does not divide us. He is a mainstream normal president who governs from the middle. He stays out of almost all controversies and does his job.

bullshit

that Joe is long gone. Whoever is actually controlling the strings is far left

He is nowhere as bad as Trump, but I wouldn't call him a uniter. And to the right, he's incredibly divisive. That won't change at this point.

Both parties need some fresh faces. We're not going to improve anything if either Trump or Biden wins a 2nd term.

That depends, IMHO on two things. Whether this is a wave election (I believe strongly it will be) that gives Democrats solid majorities in the House and Senate, and whether the Democrats are prepared to toss out the unwritten rule book and eliminate the filibuster. If those two things happen, I expect a huge change. I also believe that Trump supporters are going to crawl back under their rocks and STFU. Biden has exceeded my expectations. There is no Democrat that the goofball part of the GOP would not consider divisive.

what is Biden saying or doing that is so much better for uniting the other side? Sounds like nonsense to me

I bet you think these loaded questions are legitimate.

This looks like a Rasmussen-level pollster.

More so than FDR?

Yes, FDR was not pushing an agenda, he was dealing with bigger problems such as the depression and the war.

He once said he had no idea what policy would work but was throwing everything against the wall to see what would stick.

The amount of ridiculous legislation got so bad that the democrats in congress even turned against him and the Supreme Court were tossing so many of his things out that he tried to stack the court with 11 justices.

He was just a mess.

Because of FDR we passed the 22nd amendment limiting the terms a president can serve.

It's also known that FDR was pushing for our involvement in WW2 to help him fix the economy so far as to suggest that he was warned of the attack on Pearl Harbor but let it happen.

That is why our carriers were moved away before the attack.

Apparently there was a British sub tailing the Japanese fleet and had warned the US of what was going on but FDR hushed it up.

FDR was also the one that cut of Japan from supplies forcing them to attack us and FDR knew this would be the result.

Hardly. The US battleline was sent to Hawaii against the US Navy's advice as FDR wanted to project a more powerful image on Japan stationing our battleships closer. The whole Pearl Harbor operation was a very much last-minute thing for the IJN. It was only a few months before the war started that such an operation was even being considered.

That is why our carriers were moved away before the attack.

Wrong. The Pacific Fleet carriers were out doing what they regularly did. Delivering aircraft to US island bases in the Pacific. They did this for Midway, Johnson Atoll, Wake, etc., on a regular basis.

Apparently not. There were no British submarines in the Pacific in 1941, none.

Japan brought the embargo on themselves by expanding their war in China.

Well then he should drag his fat ass out to the track where he can spend the rest of his life betting on the horses and staying out of politics.

One of many things he's proven himself to be unfit for.

Probably the most left wing in the last 4 years.
Most left wing in US history? Wasn't Lincoln was so left wing he wanted to stop blacks from learning useful work skills.

No, Lincoln's policies were aligned with the right, especially his economic ones.

However, there was no left and right back then like we have today so you can't really classify presidents during that time.

Back then presidents governed according to accomplishments, not political parties like we do today.

In fact we used to determine the VP by whoever was the runner up in the election meaning the guy who lost got the VP vote.

We changed that but some presidents have still selected VP's from the other party, Lincoln being one of them.

He chose a democrat to be his VP.

Japan had plenty of spies in Hawaii who would have known the aircraft carriers were not there.

To believe your statement you would have to believe the spies either missed that fact or intentionally covered it up.

Japan wouldn't have attacked on Dec 7th had they known the carriers weren't there, those were their main target.
