My bad, I should have said informal. I don't know that all the methods are illegal, but it would not matter anyway. The only ones you will be able to bust, if any, are the providers of the services.

Serious question, I'm confused. Did Trump change his position on the wall? Why were you expecting it to be discussed now? Trump isn't even President and hopefully it stays that way

And yet Trump continues to repeat his ridiculous lie that Mexico will ‘pay’ for a ‘wall.’
 
Kinda weird but the latest scuttlebutt is Trump et al are planning a media group, something similar to Fox with a Breitbart twist. Some insiders know he will lose in November and are looking more towards an advertising future? Can you imagine them competing with Rush and Fox etc. Weird world but they do have a base of zombies.

Circumventing the fine will be illegal the users need to be arrested and improsoned like the criminals that yhe already are.

I expected Trump to discuss the wall he says will be built by Mexico, while speaking with the Mexican President.
