But i agree he will not see the inside of a jail, but that is due to his Secret Service detail.

They have a job to do and power in that job, that they have to provide a secure and safe environment. The hell they would require a Warden to do, to make a secure environment won't be worth it. They will give him an ankle bracelet and require him to stay on the grounds of Mar A Logo in house arrest, and not leave, ala Lindsay Lohan's arrest.

So Donalds Justice investigated both Hillary and young Biden, but did nothing, cause there was nothing. Yet you are demanding they be prosecuted. You are one fucked up bitch., my dear.
