You are trying to muddy the waters here; you know quite well that both of these men faced scrutiny for having these documents in their possession, and surely, doesn't mean that Trump had right to have classified at his residence. .
 
The FBI and Archived trod very lightly with Daffy Donald. He stole a truckload of documents and after more than a year, they would have settled for just getting them back. They asked nicely. They were willing to come get them, no harm, no foul. But Trump wanted them. He lied to the FBI. He hid them. He did illegal acts with them. Trump's entitlement and ego harmed him again. He still has documents that belong to the people.
Anyone that sees what Pence and Biden did as the same is delusional.
